    • role based user account with user and group configuraion
    • complex password policy with anti-password guessing mechanism
    • password aging policy with configurable period
    • configurable user session timeout period
  • to ensure our services and systems are secure and vulnerability free, our systems and services enforced following the following procedures:
    • all systems are protected by firewalls with intrusion detection system (IDS) to detect external attacks such as SQL injection and DDOS
    • all systems are equipped with anti-virus and malware detection service to protect our customers against virus, worms, Trojan horses, spyware and malicious code, etc.
    • all anti-virus and malware detection service are automtically updated with most up-to-date list of virus signatures
    • all systems are equipped with host-based intrusion detection system (HIDS) and network intrusion detection (NIDS) for early detection of hacker's attack
    • perform periodic vulnerability scanning and penetration test on our services and systems and rectify any security vulnerability reported
    • perform periodic security assessment and audit on our services and systems or upon request by our customers
    • protect our customers' data with hardware and software encryption and should not disclose our customers' data or information to any external parties or for other purposes
    • strictly follow the rules and guidelines given by Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong on personal data storage and handling
  • comply with Security Regulations and Baseline IT Security Policy (S17) (for service providing to Hong Kong Government only)
